1.When did you start to play renju and how did you learn it?

I accidently stumbled upon the game of gomoku about 3 years ago at, I went there to play chess, knew nothing of the game of gomoku or renju. While I was there I was introduced to the game of gomoku by a fellow that went by the name of jugnut. He taught me how to play and to my surprise I was really good at it. About a year ago Wil Huang introduced me to the game of renju and since then Ive been playing both renju and gomoku,more so of gomoku but Im trying to concentrate more on renju now.

2.Do you play in a club? In which clubs have you played?

There are no clubs around where I live but Im hoping one will start up soon but Im afraid renju isnt that popular in America yet.

3.Which are your best results in national and international tournaments (Usual tournaments and e-mail tournaments). Which is your international rating for the moment?

Havent played in any national or international tournaments but have played in countless PlaySite tournaments and have come in 1st place almost everytime (really doesnt mean anything though) and I did come in 6th place in group B for the 1998 5WIN tournament and 2nd place so far in the 1999 5LIN tournament for my group.

4.Which is the best player you have met?

5.Can you explain why you enjoy renju?

Its a real mind boggling game with lots of patterns and every game I play I like to look for new ways to win and also new styles of play.

6.Which is your plans for the future as a player?

I plan on playing more renju at 5Lin and hopefully when I get older playing in international tournaments if Im good enough.
